It innovatively adopts the joint service mode of "public security leading, departmental coordination and social participation", and integrates the law enforcement forces of public security, fishery administration, ecological environment and other departments and social vigilantes, aiming at deepening the integration of police affairs in the Yangtze River and promoting the cooperation between the river and the local areas from phased linkage to normalized co-governance, to protect the finless porpoise and the Yangtze River aquatic resources, combat illegal fishing and other crimes to provide a strong guarantee.

Recently, Sichuan Minyu Shipping Co., Ltd. opened the "Jiangsu Taicang-Sichuan Yibin-Yunnan Shuifu" container route and completed the maiden voyage. The route connects the eastern coast and the southwest inland, connecting the upper and lower reaches of the Yangtze River Economic Belt, which is of great significance to enhance the function of Yibin Port hub and reduce regional logistics costs. 中国首条金砖城市跨境电商空运专线（厦门-圣保罗）开航三年来成果显著。截至2026年2月10日，海关累计监管航班708架次，进出口货物4.65万吨，出口跨境电商包裹超4700万件。该航线由埃塞俄比亚航空执飞，出口以服装百货为主，进口则搭载南美生鲜产品。厦门海关通过智能监管和流程优化，实现通关“零延时”，保障了包裹快速出口和生鲜“抢鲜上市”，有力推动了中巴及南美经贸合作。
