　　On February 6, at the work promotion meeting for accelerating the construction of the Shandong demonstration area of a strong transportation country and the Qingdao pilot area, Qingdao made a comprehensive deployment of key tasks for the first year of the "Fifteenth Five-Year Plan," clearly establishing major projects as the "ballast stone" for development, and making full efforts in the fields of railways, highways, ports, and airports.

　　This year, Qingdao will accelerate the advancement of several key projects such as the Weifang-Suqian high-speed railway Qingdao connection line, Dongliang Expressway, the second tunnel of Jiaozhou Bay, the reconstruction and expansion of the north shore terminal of Qianwan Port, and the eastern container terminal of Dongjiakou Port, to enhance the overall efficiency and accessibility of the infrastructure network; adhere to the dual focus on passenger and cargo at the aviation hub, actively explore new international passenger routes to Southeast Asia and other regions, increase the frequency of international all-cargo flights, and build a cross-border e-commerce distribution center, fully enhancing global connectivity capabilities.

Qingdao is focusing on solving the "last mile" problem of metro and bus connections, deepening the "two-network integration," and optimizing the transfer experience; promoting the convenient transformation of comprehensive hubs such as airports and train stations, and exploring cross-mode security check mutual recognition; deepening the construction of "one parking lot for the whole city," integrating resources to alleviate parking difficulties. At the same time, improving the quality of maritime tourism, increasing the integration and regulation of terminals, and creating boutique routes.

This year, Qingdao will focus on fields such as modern logistics and airport economy, accelerate the construction of key logistics projects and the cultivation of industries such as aviation maintenance, activating the "new engine" of the economy; increase the density of maritime routes, leverage the role of the China-Europe train assembly center, and explore new intermodal routes; ensure that key indicators such as port and airport throughput remain at a high level, providing solid support for urban economic development.

　　In addition, Qingdao will vigorously develop intelligent transportation, upgrade the integrated application platform, allowing "data to run more" and "people to run less"; extensively promote new energy transportation tools, promote the "oil to electricity" and "oil to hydrogen" conversion of port machinery, and build a "zero-carbon" demonstration area; strengthen the planning of low-altitude economic infrastructure and the development of application scenarios, while firmly maintaining the bottom line of airspace safety.
