New route! Taicang-Yibin-Shuifu Container Route Officially Opened

　　Recently, the "Minyu 2302" vessel belonging to Sichuan Minyu Shipping Co., Ltd. smoothly docked at Yibin Port. The vessel carried 43 small containers and 41 large containers, totaling 125 standard containers and 2,549 tons of cargo, marking the official opening of the company's container route "Jiangsu Taicang—Sichuan Yibin—Yunnan Shuifu," achieving the maiden voyage of this route in 2026. This move not only signifies the opening of a single route but also a practical measure for the deep release of the Yangtze River Golden Waterway's efficiency and the construction of a new development pattern.

　　This route connects the eastern coast with the southwestern inland, effectively linking the upstream and downstream of the Yangtze River Economic Belt. It holds significant importance for enhancing the hub function of Yibin Port, expanding the port's radiation range, and reducing regional logistics costs. During this process, the Yibin Maritime Bureau closely adheres to the reform requirements of "streamlining administration and delegating power, improving regulation, and upgrading services," continuously optimizing the operating environment for shipping companies.
