On October 13, a delegation from the National Vanadium and Titanium Industry Alliance (Sichuan Vanadium Titanium Steel Association), led by Secretary General Zhang Bangxu, Director of Information Comprehensive Department Wang Yang, Deputy Director of Information Comprehensive Department Zhang Yugu, Director of Industrial Promotion Department Zhang Qiongwen, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Dong District of Panzhihua City Sun Dengfeng, Vice President of Panxi Vanadium and Titanium Inspection and Testing Institute Li Zijin, and Director of Industry and Economic Cooperation Bureau of Dong District, Panzhihua City Luo Deyang, visited Tuoduo Group at Guolian Holdings. The National Vanadium and Titanium Industry Alliance was jointly established by the Panzhihua Municipal Government of Sichuan Province, the Chengde Municipal Government of Hebei Province, the Lhasa Prefecture Government of Sichuan Province, the Hami Municipal Government of Xinjiang, and companies such as Pansteel and Chengde Vanadium and Titanium. The alliance aims to create a community of destiny for China's vanadium and titanium industry with the principle of "Vanadium and Titanium Power, Shared Destiny". Its goal is to empower the high-quality development of the vanadium and titanium industry, help companies in this sector achieve mutual benefits and growth, drive major innovation projects, break through key core technologies, and play a strategic role in ensuring the safety of China's vanadium and titanium resources and industry and building a strong vanadium and titanium country.During their visit, the delegation first carefully visited the Duo Data Center and Guolian Cloud Digital Experience Hall. In the subsequent symposium, both parties exchanged ideas on the layout of the vanadium and titanium industry at Tuoduo and the construction of an industrial digital economy platform.

During the exchange, Liu Zhai, Director/Executive Vice President of Guolian Shares and CEO of Tuoduo, stated: "The development and construction of Tuoduo would not have been possible without the strong support from the association and the learning and borrowing from peers in the industry.
